The Positive Light Foundation exists to fund organisations that help individuals and communities across Melbourne connect with a God who loves them. We ensure content and resources are available to inspire them to live a life of purpose and hope.

ANNEMARIE NUMA
Chair of the Board
Annemarie has over 20 years financial and commercial experience gained from senior roles in large multi-national corporations, including BlueScope Steel Limited, BHP Billiton Limited and Newcrest Mining Limited. Annemarie is currently a Law Interpretation Director at the Australian Taxation Office working in the Objections and Review area for Large Market and Multinational Groups. Annemarie is currently also the chair of the Positive Media Limited Board.
SEBERT RUDDOCK
Sebert is currently the Treasurer of Scots' Church in Melbourne. Previous roles included the Executive Director Administration and Finance for the Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of Victoria and Tasmania, and the Chief Financial Officer for the Telstra Directory operation, Sensis Ltd. Sebert has significant skills in finance, governance and risk management and previously was the Treasurer of PositiveMedia.
HAMISH BLAIR
Hamish is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of FINSIA. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), and a Masters of Commerce. He is a member of Kaplan's Applied Valuation Task Force and regularly lectures in the areas of valuations, corporate and structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. Hamish's industry experience includes financial services, industrial and consumer markets, manufacturing, energy and natural resources, telecommunications and infrastructure. Hamish is currently Head of Business Operations and Administration at PLC (Sydney). Hamish was previously the Treasurer of PositiveMedia.
